Mexican Lettuce Wraps (beachbrat)

3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 can (15oz) black beans rinsed and drained
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
12 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves
In a large bowl combine first 11 ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
Just before serving, stir in avocado. Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each leaf and top with sour cream. Fold and eat.
You can change your meat selection, omit anything you don't like and you can even have it warm...enjoy!
